Wrap illustration on vintage Volkswagen bus for Pacifico beer campaign.

Seattle-based advertising agency Creature created a campaign for Pacifico beer that capitalized on the coastal culture of Mexico. A dozen artists were commissioned to create original designs to be hand-painted onto vintage VW buses. Jacob McMurray created a design around the Mexican pescadores, which was a favorite of the Pacifico leadership, and “Gracie” was shipped off to New York City, to drive around the boroughs, spreading the gospel of Pacifico.
